yes you can apply after completing your A Level
these universities offer other engineering field but aeronautical is offered by only some institutes like IST

It should read as follows: "Everyone in Pakistan knows the importance of the English language." Inappropriate capitalization and omission of definite articles shows that you should truly reconsider this article as you yourself are guilty of the very fault you criticize.
